The Sabha Protocol (free, MIT, available today)

The desktop app is in private alpha. The protocol it runs is open source and installs into Claude Code in 30 seconds.

What the protocol is

A routing layer that classifies every load-bearing question into a C-suite role and answers in the Chanakya tradition — terse, decisive, recommendation-first, tradeoff-aware, grounded.

Nine roles ship with the marketplace plugin:

  • CFO — financials, budgets, pricing, SaaS metrics
  • CMO — positioning, channels, content, demand gen
  • CIO — infrastructure, security, vendor stack, IT
  • CAIO — AI strategy, LLM selection, RAG, evals
  • CSO — strategic planning, market, GTM, partnerships
  • CXO — UX, onboarding, retention, NPS, churn
  • CHRO — hiring, classification, comp, labor compliance
  • CLC — contracts, IP, privacy, regulatory
  • CEO — synthesis, board narrative, founder-mode

Each role is a Claude Code skill with role-specific playbooks, references, and worked examples. The router decides which role(s) answer; each role answers in the Chanakya voice.

What the protocol does NOT include

  • The decision ledger (Ed25519-signed audit trail) — paid product
  • The policy enforcement primitive (block + audited override) — paid product
  • A desktop app — paid product (Tauri, signed for macOS + Windows)

The protocol gives you the thinking pattern and the role frameworks. The paid product adds the enforcement and the cryptographic audit trail. See Pricing for the open-core boundary.

Install (30 seconds)

bash
claude plugin marketplace add Infinidatum-LLC/sabhaos
claude plugin install sabha-os@sabha-marketplace

Then open ~/.claude/plugins/cache/sabha-marketplace/sabha-os/CLAUDE.md and fill in the [BRACKETS] with your entities, people, and projects.

Open a new Claude Code session and ask anything substantive — you'll see the routing line at the top of the reply.

Optional: add the local-first memory backend

The protocol works with Claude Memory, mem0, Letta, Zep, Pieces — or a plain markdown folder. If you want the local-first, role-shaped option (recommended for regulated industries), install Sakthi Graph:

bash
claude plugin install sakthi-graph@sabha-marketplace
uv tool install sakthi-graph
sakthi init --sabha ~/sakthi

That gives you a knowledge graph already shaped for the Sabha council — nine wings, one per role.

Full documentation

The deep documentation lives in the GitHub repository:

  • README — full pitch, install, customization
  • Quickstart — 10-minute, no-installation guide to run Sabha inside Claude.ai
  • User Guide — novice-friendly walkthrough of the council, modes, memory setup
  • Architecture — how the protocol routes and how memory plugs in
  • Roles — the nine role charters
  • Memory Options — Claude Memory vs. Sakthi vs. mem0/Letta/Zep
  • For Regulated Industries — health, legal, finance, defense
  • Philosophy — why the Chanakya tradition, why terse, why recommendation-first

Already running the protocol? Try the desktop app's waitlist.

If the routing alone has earned its keep in your workflow, the paid desktop app is the next step — same protocol, plus the Ed25519 ledger and the enforcement primitive that block bad moves and prove the council did its job. Join the waitlist for early-adopter access.
