What's in each tier

Protocol (MIT, free, forever)

The Sabha routing protocol as a Claude Code marketplace plugin. Methodology, role charters, and the Sabha router skill. No decision ledger, no enforcement, no Tauri app.

bash
claude plugin marketplace add Infinidatum-LLC/sabhaos
claude plugin install sabha-os@sabha-marketplace

If you want to try the protocol before paying for the desktop app, install this. If you find it useful, the paid tiers add the enforcement layer and the cryptographic audit trail.

Personal — $499 (early adopter) / $999

Board-grade audit trail for your own decisions.

Your chief of staff for the next decision — and the next, and the next.

The Sabha OS desktop app, single-machine license. Lifetime use of the current major release; future major upgrades may be a separate purchase.

Includes:

  • Tauri desktop app, signed for macOS Sequoia+ and Windows 11
  • All 9 role agents (CFO · CMO · CIO · CAIO · CSO · CXO · CHRO · CLC · CEO)
  • Decision ledger — Ed25519-signed, append-only, JSONL-exportable
  • Policy enforcement — three baked rules in v1.0 (CFO runway-floor, CHRO minor-labor, CLC contract-review) with modal override → audit log
  • First-run wizard (7 questions → your Sakthi profile cards + KG triples)
  • BYOK LLM (Anthropic, OpenAI, your own endpoint)
  • Embedded Sakthi Graph memory engine
  • MIT verifier CLI (ships separately, for independent ledger verification)

Doesn't include:

  • Updates after the first 12 months — those are the Pro subscription's job
  • Multi-device sync (v1.5)
  • Team / SCIM / central audit-log export (v2.0)

Pro — $19/mo or $179/yr

Run your practice on an AI council that blocks bad moves.

The Personal license plus ongoing updates, community Discord, and early-access alpha/beta builds. Cancel any time — your Personal license remains valid; you just stop getting new versions and lose Discord access.

The math: 12 months of Pro = $179. One major Personal upgrade purchase will probably cost more than two years of Pro. If you intend to stay current, Pro is the cheaper path.

Family — $1,499 (3 seats) — v1.5

Shared AI cabinet for people who decide together.

Three Personal licenses tied to a shared license root. Each seat is fully local; the only shared state is the licensing relationship. Optional encrypted shared backup target via a user-owned cloud folder (you bring the S3 / R2 / Dropbox bucket and the encryption key; Sabha never sees the bytes).

Enterprise — $4,999/yr per 5-seat block — v2.0

Operator-grade AI governance and enforcement layer.

For IT-managed deployments that demand:

  • SCIM provisioning + central license management
  • Audit-log export API + scheduled bulk export
  • Admin dashboard for the IT operator
  • SSO via OIDC (Okta, Entra, JumpCloud, etc.)
  • SOC 2 Type II report (in flight, completion target Q2 2027)

Data plane stays local — Enterprise adds a hosted control plane only. The decision ledger never leaves the user's machine; the export API streams from the user's machine through a signed bundle to the admin's collector of choice.

Partner-sold. Inbound only at the v2.0 GA window. If you want to be informed when Enterprise opens, mention "Enterprise" in your waitlist signup.

What's not for sale, and won't be

  • Usage-based pricing. Sabha OS does not count tokens, decisions, or sessions. Your subscription doesn't depend on how much you use the council.
  • Per-feature paywalls on Personal. All v1.0 features ship in every Personal license. No "Pro features" that the OSS protocol lacks; the line between free and paid is the Tauri app + ledger + enforcement, not feature gates inside the app.
  • Telemetry-driven price tiers. We don't know how much you use Sabha. We can't price-discriminate on usage we can't see.
  • Acquisition channels that compromise the trust model. No analytics pixels, no retargeting, no Meta/Google remarketing tags. Privacy-by-architecture extends to the marketing surface.

Refund + cancellation

  • Personal license: 30-day money-back, no questions. Refunds are processed through Stripe and arrive on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Pro subscription: cancel from your Stripe customer portal at any time. No partial refunds for the current period; your Personal license stays valid forever.
  • Family / Enterprise: separate refund terms in the partner contract.

Frequently flagged questions

Is $499 / $999 fair pricing for an AI tool? One serious decision mistake — a mis-scoped vendor contract, a bad hire, a non-compliant data-use clause — costs more than this license. Sabha OS is priced to be cheaper than the cost of one consequential decision going sideways, and it preserves the cryptographic audit trail that proves the council's call. Compare against Drata-class compliance tooling (~$7,500/yr): Sabha is materially less and operates one layer deeper, on the actual decision rather than the policy artifact.

Is there a free trial of the Personal tier? The free Protocol install on Claude Code is the trial. It gives you the routing protocol — the same one inside the Personal app — without the enforcement or ledger. If the routing alone earns its keep in your workflow, the ledger + enforcement layer is what you're paying for.

Do you offer non-profit or educational discounts? At GA, no. We'd rather price low for everyone than build a discount mechanism that requires verifying your status.

Will the price go up? The early-adopter $499 price closes 30 days post-GA. After that, Personal is $999 indefinitely. Pro and Family are not expected to change in 2026–2027.

What happens if the company goes away? The OSS protocol stays on GitHub under MIT — it works forever, with or without us. The desktop app's ledger format is published; the MIT verifier CLI is independent. Your data is on your machine. Worst case: you stop getting updates. Your existing install keeps working.

Request early access to be considered for the private-preview cohort at the early-adopter price.
